A single malt produced through triple distillation.
Aged in our cellars: 36 months in Sancerre oak barrels, followed by a finish in Williams pear brandy barrels.
Single Cask Whisky

Our single cask whisky is made from double-distilled malted barley in our own stills.
It has been aged for over 36 months in our cellars in French oak barrels previously used for red Sancerre wine.
