Birboise® – Raspberry-Flavored

Birboise® is a fruity beer bitter with raspberry. Gentian and cinchona bark, enhanced by raspberry, highlight the intensity of the fruit.

Enjoy it with beer, or as a “spritz” with sparkling wine and soda water.

Birabelle® – Mirabelle Plum-Flavored

Our Birabelle® beer bitter is both artisanal and unique. It’s crafted from a maceration of gentian and cinchona bark, combined with notes of orange and Mirabelle plum eaux-de-vie from Lorraine.

This is a one-of-a-kind product, aromatic and bursting with mirabelle flavor. Best enjoyed with a chilled blond beer.

Birsapin® – Fir-Flavored

Birsapin® is a bold beer bitter made from young fir shoots harvested in spring in the Vosges mountains.

Gentian and cinchona bark, accented with orange notes, bring strength to this untamed and elusive bitter. Enjoy it with blond beer or neat over ice as an aperitif.

Birtille® – Blueberry-Flavored

Birtille® “Blueberry Beer Bitter” combines the bold flavors of gentian root and cinchona bark with the delicate finesse of blueberry.

The aperitifs

The “Guignolet-Kirsch” is made up of Morello cherries, red sugary cherries and black cherries. It’s a fruity aperitif and not very sugary. Enjoy it pure and chilly or with an ice cube.

The Aperitif “Gentiane à Paul” is the result of a well-balanced blending between our Gentian brandy and an infusion of roots. Little sugary, it is very popular for its light bitterness. Enjoy it chilly, on an ice cream with a quarter of lemon or in a cocktail with a tonic.

Aniseed Spirits

Blue Pastis “Blue Roy®” is crafted using traditional artisanal methods and stands out for its originality and its blue in color.

It can be enjoyed with water or mixed with various ingredients to create a surprising cocktail, both in taste and in appearance.

LEHAIM Anisette is a true white kosher anisette made exclusively from anise. It can be enjoyed neat or diluted with water.
