La Vieille Poire, our specialty

La Vieille Poire is elaborated from William’s pear specially selected for their exceptional fragrance. These pears, after fermentation, are distilled in a traditional copper still. Starting there, our cellar master collects the best batches from the making and prepares them for a slow aging until obtaining a liqueur softly amber colored, bringing together the fullness of the pear’s brandy and subtle woody notes.
