Rhubarb: a new liqueur

New Liqueur: Rhubarb

From spring on rhubarbs are macerating. We have selected red rhubarb. Over the weeks we have checked carefully the evolution of the maceration. After a last tasting, we have racked the juice, naturally perfumed and colored.

After adding of sugar syrup and filtration, the liqueur will be ready for bottling, scheduled by the beginning of September.

The first tasting are promising: a fine flavor, slightly acidulous. Enjoy this refreshing liqueur pure or in cocktails.
